Shipping policy

After online purchase, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled (not including weekends or holidays). Once fulfilled, orders will be shipped to the provided address and are typically received within 5 business days, excluding weekends or holidays.

After your online purchase, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your email. If you don’t see it in your inbox or spam folder, please email support@shopinfinityclub.com with the recipient’s name. Once your item/s are ready to be shipped, you will receive a separate e-mail with your order tracking details from the carrier. All orders will be sent with standard shipping as we currently do not offer a rush option. 

Please note that depending what products you ordered, you may receive multiple mail packages. Clothing will be shipped out in the same packaging, while tote bags and mugs will ship from another warehouse and arrive separately.  If you are missing an item, please email support@shopinfinityclub.com with your order number and issue and we will provide timely support.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout and cannot resend orders that were incorrectly addressed.  Therefore, please confirm that your information is listed correctly during the checkout process.

If the shipping company returns your order, we can reship the item.  A small reshipping fee may apply to the reshipment depending on the circumstance. Please note, if the apartment number was not listed on the original order, the reshipping fee would apply.
