Refund policy

All sales are final. Because all products are unique and produced only after the order is placed, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. 

However, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment in the event of the following.

a-     One or more of your items is out of stock after your order was processed

b-     The Infinity Club directly cancels your order  

c-    The item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we were contacted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please email support@shopinfinityclub.com with your order number, a detailed description of your issue, and a clear picture of the damaged item. Items cannot be refunded after the 30-day period.

Depending on your financial institution and form of payment, the refund amount typically takes between 10-15 business days to post to your account.
